We're excited to launch our first Ritual Kit dedicated to Brigid and the Imbolc celebrations featuring a new design for the Goddess Brigid and a hand painted 3D Brigid's Cross triple moon altar.
In the pagan world, Imbolc is one of the oldest and most important celebrations. It is a celebration of the coming of spring, a time of welcoming the return of the Sun God, the first celebration of the new year. The celebration is based on Celtic tradition marking the halfway point between winter solstice and the spring equinox. It is also a pivotal time for followers to pay homage to the Goddess Brigid, the matron of poetry, divination, inspiration, childbirth, pregnancy, and healing.
In ancient times the people would prepare for a visit from Brigid, the night before the celebrations. They would make an effigy of the goddess from bundles of oats and rushes, which would be kept in a basket or small homemade bed overnight. On the day of Imbolc, bonfires and lamps would be lit in tribute to Brigid. In the modern world, we celebrate on February 1st.
Our Brigid's Imbolc Ritual Kit contains both the goddess statues as well as all the elements for your celebration including: cleansing Bath Salts, Ritual Anointing Oil and representations of the Elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water and a Ritual Scroll. Ritual Kit Contains:
- Goddess Brigid - 12 cm/4.75” high, 12 cm/4.75” wide, 5 cm/2” deep and weighs 63 gm/2.2 oz
- St Brigid's Cross Triple Moon Altar - 0.5 cm/0.2” high, 13 cm/5" wide and 5 cm/2” deep and weighs 12 gm/1/3 oz.
- Ritual Cleansing Bath Salts: 150 gm/5.1 oz, Ingredients: Epsom Salts, Himalayan Salt, Baking Soda, Doterra Pure Essential Oils: (will change) 2 parts geranium, 2 parts rosemary, 1 part lavender, 1 part frankincense, + Love
- Ritual Anointing Frankincense Spray for yourself or your tools: 2 oz glass spray bottle : 1/4 oz Kukoi Pure Oil 1 oz distilled water, + 10 drops pure Frankincense Essential Oil (Doterra), + 5 drops of Witch Hazel+ Love
- Earth: 3 Crystals, Blue Aventurine is a very calming stone that can be used for balancing and healing your emotions and it helps to open your third eye and connect to your spirituality. Clear Quartz is known as the "master healer" and will amplify energy and thought, as well as the effect of other crystals. It absorbs, stores, releases and regulates energy. Green Agate enhances mental and emotional flexibility and improves decision-making and well as provides healing and body/mind balance.
- Air: Bronze altar bell with Torq of Cernunnos handle
- Fire: Imbolc Herbal incense and 3 charcoal pucks. Hand made incense mix includes: Lavender, Mint, Heal All, Orange, Rose, Jasmine, Sage and Cedar. Burn time approx. 1 minute per puck, 1 oz of dry Ingredients: Natural herbs. This must be burned in a fire proof dish such as a cauldron and not left unattended.
- Water: Full Moon snow water charged by the full Cold Moon: 29 ml/1 oz glass dropper bottle containing: 100% pure water, charged by the Moon during the last full moon of 2020.

We then hand-finish each piece. All herbal products are handcrafted here using only natural materials from North America as detailed in the descriptions.
