Hello friends! I am happy to be back again this moon cycle, sharing our altar for July 4th and the full Buck Moon. This Buck Moon is about celebrating the abundance of nature and our upcoming harvest. We honour the ancient earth goddess represented by the Venus of Willendorf and the Spiral Goddess and the Green Man represented by Cernunnos. We give thanks for their blessings of abundance that they bestow through flowers from our garden including honeysuckle, St. John’s Wort, Daisy, Lupine and Grandma’s Lace to reflect gratitude for the bounty of the goddess and the god.
We also call upon our ancestral guides and the elements (as represented through earth: salt, air: incense, fire: candles, water: shells) to help us to heal the earth and all of its tribes so that we may unite as one people and move forward in hope and prosperity. Merry Meet and Merry Part and Merry Meet Again. Blessed Be.
